Important Things to Know about Grad Night
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Drop off your senior in front of the small gym between 7:00–7:30 PM. Buses will depart promptly at 7:30pm. Students who are not checked in by that time will unfortunately be unable to attend. Once a bus is full, it will leave for the venue.
Plan to pick up your senior at approximately 11:15 PM, in the same location in front of the small gym at Redwood High School. We strongly encourage parents to arrange drop-off and pickup to help keep all students safe for the rest of the evening.
WHAT TO WEAR
The event is indoors. Wear comfortable clothing, flats, or sneakers are highly recommended.
WHAT TO BRING
Nothing! Bags and personal items will not be permitted. If your senior requires medication, please reach out to us in advance at Redwoodhsptsa@gmail.com.
A NOTE ON SAFETY
This event is a tradition we’re proud to offer, and one we hope to continue for graduating classes to come. To protect that tradition, we are committed to maintaining a safe, sober environment. Any student who appears to be under the influence will not be permitted to attend, and parents will be notified immediately if a concern arises during the event. We ask that you please take a few minutes before the celebration to talk with your senior - your partnership makes all the difference.
Many thanks to our local community who have supported Redwood Grad Night. We could not hold this event without our Parent and Community Donors.
